HPYGN resistance-band training at home

The range, explained

A compact approach
to your training setup.

HPYGN brings several equipment formats into a collection that is easy to store between sessions. Clip-on tube bands sit at its center, with different individual resistance markings and a selection of handles, straps and anchors. The wider range includes a seated-row band kit, pull-up assistance, weighted ropes and cable attachments.

The useful story is in those differences. A lighter starting band changes which setup you might choose. A foot strap changes the way an ankle cuff fits. A pair of separate foot supports changes the arrangement of a pull-up assistance system. Understanding each component makes the collection easier to navigate.

Tubes provide the elastic pull, but your hands meet the handle and the load passes through the clips, rings and stitched webbing. The product pages bring these details into view with enlarged photographs and practical specifications. The material and shape of one attachment should not be assumed to apply to every product in the range.

A practical point of view

The right piece of equipment
starts with a clear purpose.

Choose the movement and the setting. Then choose the format, the resistance and the parts that connect them.

The details that make a difference

Different tools for different jobs.

A pull-up assistance system helps support part of your body weight. A tube kit resists your movement. A weighted rope is another format entirely. Keeping those jobs distinct helps you choose a useful piece of equipment instead of comparing every product by a single headline number.
