The grey kit starts with a 10 lb band; the orange kit starts at 25 lb. That difference matters more than the combined total when you need a lighter pull for a particular movement. Both sets use clip-on tubes, handles and a door anchor. Compare the individual markings and included parts, then choose the set that fits your planned exercises.
These HPYGN kits use tubes with end fittings. They are not the same format as a flat, continuous loop band. A clip-on kit makes changing handles and compatible attachments straightforward. A continuous loop has a different grip and anchor arrangement. Choose the format first, then the nominal range.
Elastic tension changes through the movement. Band length, stretch, anchor height and body position all affect the pull. The combined marking is a useful way to identify a kit, but it is not a promise of a constant load or a directly comparable dumbbell weight.
