A useful range in one bag

The grey set gives you five individually marked tubes. A single band offers a simpler starting setup, while compatible combinations let you adjust the pull between movements. The 10 lb band is a meaningful difference from the heavier set, whose individual bands start at 25 lb.

Switch the point of contact

Use the cushioned handles for hand-held movements and the included ankle straps for the exercises your instructions support. The door anchor adds another attachment option when the door and installation meet the supplied guidance. Check every connection before tensioning a band.

Read the numbers as band ratings

The 150 lb label adds together the five nominal band markings. It does not mean every repetition feels like lifting a 150 lb weight. Elastic resistance changes with stretch, and your position also changes the load. Choose a combination that lets you move and return with control.

Your buying brief

Where this configuration fits.

A reason to shortlist it

You want one tube-band kit with lighter individual options as well as stackable combinations. The 10 and 20 lb bands are the main reason to compare this grey set with the orange 300 lb kit. Handles and ankle straps are already part of the listed contents, so start by checking what you receive before adding accessories.

Check this before choosing

A 10 lb marking does not guarantee a suitable starting exercise for everyone. The pull changes as the band stretches. If you need a continuous loop, a measured machine load or equipment prescribed for rehabilitation, this tube kit is not automatically an equivalent.

The selected configuration

The parts and their jobs.

01

Five individually marked tubes

Identify 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lb bands before combining them. Their total is the 150 lb kit label.

02

Two handles and two ankle straps

Different points of contact for movements supported by the kit instructions. Inspect the hardware and fastening before changing attachments.

03

Door anchor and carry bag

The anchor requires a suitable installation. The bag keeps the components together; it is not part of a load-bearing setup.

Make the choice practical

Three checks to take into your setup.

  1. Choose the attachment first

Decide whether your planned movement uses handles, ankle straps or the supplied door attachment. Follow the corresponding assembly in the instructions.

  2. Identify the individual tubes

Read each marking rather than judging resistance by tube color. For example, a 10 + 20 combination sums to 30 nominal pounds; it is not a measured fixed load.

  3. Keep a useful record

Note the bands, attachment and starting position. This makes a later comparison more meaningful than recording only “150 lb set.”

Use the instructions supplied with the exact product for installation and permitted use. This checklist helps you compare equipment; it does not replace those instructions.

Questions about this configuration

Before you order.

What is the main difference from the orange set?

The grey set has five bands beginning at 10 lb. The orange set has six beginning at 25 lb. Choosing the heavier kit does not preserve the two lighter single-band options.

Can the 10 and 20 lb bands be used together?

This is a stackable tube format. Follow the supplied instructions for allowed assembly and combinations. The summed marking is 30 lb nominal, not a constant tension measurement.

Are additional handles necessary to start?

Two handles are listed in this selected kit. Extra handles are a separate purchase only if you need an appropriate replacement or another compatible configuration.

What should I compare before ordering?

Check the grey five-band option, the individual markings and the complete contents. Then check your planned anchor arrangement and the product’s installation requirements.
