A closer look at HPYGN

Small enough to put away.
More ways to put it to work.

The HPYGN collection centers on compact equipment: clip-on resistance bands, a seated-row kit, pull-up assistance and weighted ropes. Handles, ankle cuffs and cable attachments let you look more closely at the way you connect to your workout.

Start with the equipment format, then compare the individual bands and included parts. The biggest number on a kit is only one part of choosing it.

The construction

The pull is only
part of the picture.

The tube sets combine elastic bands with stitched webbing, metal clips and cushioned grips. Each part has a job: the tube stretches, the strap connects and the handle gives your hand a place to hold. The rowing format adds fabric covers and a seat pad; the pull-up system uses a separate arrangement of straps and foot supports.

Check the exact configuration rather than assuming every HPYGN product uses the same material or attachment. The product galleries show the components, and the specifications describe the selected option.

Before you choose

A few useful answers.

Shopping & order help ↗
Are the 150 lb and 300 lb sets the same with more bands?

They use a similar clip-on tube format, but their individual ranges differ. The five-band grey set starts at 10 lb; the six-band orange set starts at 25 lb. Compare those starting points and the included parts.

Is the printed resistance the same as lifting a weight?

No. Elastic resistance changes as a band stretches. The printed total identifies the combined nominal band ratings, not a fixed weight throughout every movement.

Can the rowing set replace every feature of a rowing machine?

The band kit is a compact seated-pulling format. It does not include a sliding rail, flywheel or performance monitor, so it is a different kind of equipment.
