The choice, made clearer

Compare HPYGN resistance bands

Start with the format and the lightest band. Then look at the total, the attachments and the space your setup needs.

01

Choose the format before the headline number.

The two tube kits use handles and clips for a range of supported movements. The rowing kit has a different seated-pulling setup. The nominal total does not make one format a replacement for another.

02

Check the lightest usable option.

A 10 lb starting band gives the grey set a different role from the orange kit, which starts at 25 lb. A high combined total is not helpful if every individual band is too demanding for the movement you planned.

03

Keep comparisons honest.

Elastic tension depends on stretch and setup. These nominal band markings are not measured comparisons with dumbbells, machines or another brand’s maximum. Compare the construction, parts and intended arrangement alongside the numbers.

The details that make a difference

Make the connection visible.

Look at the actual handle, clip, ring and strap. A complete view of the attachment is more useful than a general promise about heavy-duty equipment.
